Requirements to Become an Independent Distributor

1. Be of the age of majority in his or her state of residence;
2. Reside in the United States or any country that wowgreen has officially announced is open for business;
3. Have a valid Social Security or Federal Tax ID number;
4. Purchase a Green Distributor Kit for $59.00 plus applicable shipping and handling (optional in North Dakota);
5. Submit a properly completed Independent Distributor Application and Agreement to wowgreen either in hard copy or online format.

No Product Purchase Required

No person is required to purchase wowgreen products, services or sales aids, or to pay any charge or fee to become an Independent Distributor except the requirement that they purchase a Green Distributor Kit for $59.00 (plus applicable shipping and handling). (This requirement does not apply to residents of North Dakota). In order to familiarize new Independent Distributors with wowgreen products, services, sales techniques, sales aids, and other matters, the Company requires that they purchase a Green Distributor Kit. (Except for North Dakota residents). wowgreen will repurchase Resalable kits from any Distributor who terminates his or her Distributor Agreement pursuant to the terms.

Independent Distributor Benefits

Once an Independent Distributor Application and Agreement has been accepted by wowgreen and purchased the Green Distributor Kit for $59.00 (plus applicable shipping and handling), the benefits of the Marketing and Compensation Plan and the Independent Distributor Agreement are available to the new Independent Distributor. These benefits include the right to:

1. Sell wowgreen products.
2. Participate in the wowgreen Marketing and Compensation Plan (receive bonuses and commissions, if eligible).
3. Sponsor other individuals as Preferred Customers or Independent Distributors into the wowgreen business and thereby, build a Marketing Organization and progress through the wowgreen Marketing and Compensation Plan.
4. Receive periodic wowgreen literature and other wowgreen communications.
5. Participate in wowgreen-sponsored support, service, training, motivational and recognition functions, upon payment of appropriate charges, if applicable.
6. Participate in promotional and incentive contests and programs sponsored by wowgreen for its Independent Distributors.
